    Katinka Brouwer

    Katinka Brouwer is a lawyer. Based in Brussels, she specializes in environmental and health law. Katinka holds a Masters in Law degree from the University of Amsterdam, and a LL.M. degree from American University, Washington DC. Early in her career, she was an Assistant Professor of Health Law at Maastricht University, and then joined an international law firm in Brussels where she practiced pharmaceutical law. For over ten years now, she has been an independent legal practitioner and works on a variety of projects in the regulatory area.
